Treatment Coordinator/ Practice Manager
Hi! My name is Letitia and I am one of Dr Jude’s treatment coordinators. I have worked as a dental assistant since leaving school, but have had the pleasure of working at this practice since February 2005. My role is to help all our new friends get started on their orthodontic journey, but at any time during treatment feel free to catch me for a chat. I love hearing all about your treatment and seeing your smile transformation! Hope to see you soon.

Hi, my name is Katie and I started working at Smart Smile Orthodontics in February 2014. I love working with such a fun and friendly team and enjoy seeing all the amazing smiles on our patients’ faces. I got married in 2012 to my husband Jamie and have a step-son, Kyle. We also have two daughters Alira and Jayla. I am an identical twin and lived in London for 2 years with my sister. We are extremely close. I love to travel, keep fit and try new restaurants.
My name is Tracey. You will usually see me in reception, however, I sometimes help out in the surgery at braces off appointments. I have two fur babies Stevie and Clooney and recently in 2018 became a mum to Harlo. I was born and raised in Durban, South Africa and moved to Australia with my husband Nick in 2009. I really enjoy cooking, watching movies and hanging with my family.
Hi! My name is Chloe. I am new to the Smart Smile team in 2018, however, I have been around the practice most of my life as I’m Letitia’s daughter, Nicole’s niece and Libby and Abbey’s best friend. I also had my orthodontic treatment here.
I just graduated high school in 2018 and am about to enter the big wide world of university. In between my studies, I’ll be working here booking your appointments and getting to know you all.
Hi, my name is Libby. I started working at Smart Smile Orthodontics in August 2018. You will be sure to see me in and around the surgery and helping out on braces off days alongside Jess. I am currently in treatment so I can easily relate to all the challenges you are going through from cleaning to ulcers and everything in between. During my time away from work I take the pleasure in looking after two small children and spending quality time with my family, friends and partner.
Hi, My name is Abbey. I joined the Smart Smile team as a clinical assistant after graduating high school in 2018 however I was a previous patient at the practice so I have picked up a few handy hints from my treatment. Currently, I am working part-time at the practice as an assistant whilst studying at university. I LOVE music, so let me know your favourite tunes and I’ll be sure to add them to our playlist. Make sure you say hi at your next appointment.
